Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production and order processing before shipment.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new releases), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
International: 10–30 business days after shipment
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, and destination.
Hawaiʻi Shipping
Orders shipping to Hawaiʻi are fulfilled the same way as all U.S. orders.
Because Hawaiʻi is a non-contiguous U.S. location, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer than mainland estimates due to carrier routing and logistics.
Most Hawaiʻi orders arrive within 5–12 business days total (production + shipping), but delays may occur during peak seasons or carrier disruptions.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes both production and shipping:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 3–30 business days (depending on location)
Estimated total delivery time: 5–35 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple print providers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
