Refund policy
All products from Keālia Creations are made to order through a print-on-demand production model. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including sizing charts, product details, and shipping information.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Color or design preference
- Buyer’s remorse
As each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for support, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin production quickly, we can only accept changes or cancellations within a short time after purchase.
Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Keālia Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
- Each product is individually made to order, which means production and shipping times may vary slightly
