What is the difference between a MagSafe and Standard case?

MagSafe cases feature a built-in magnetic ring that allows your phone to securely attach to MagSafe chargers and magnetic accessories such as wallets, mounts, and stands.

Standard cases do not include the built-in magnetic ring but still support regular wireless charging.

Both options offer the same design, quality, and everyday protection — the main difference is magnetic compatibility.

Why does shipping take so long?

All Keālia Creations products are made to order through production process. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed, rather than being mass-produced or stored in a warehouse.

Because of this, orders require:

  • Production time (typically 2–5 business days)
  • Shipping time after fulfillment

Delivery times may also vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

What is your return, exchange, and damaged item policy?

Because all Keālia Creations products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, color/design preference, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at kealiacreations@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Are your phone cases protective?

Yes. Our phone cases are designed for everyday protection against scratches, minor drops, and daily wear while maintaining a slim, stylish profile.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, followed by shipping times of:

  • U.S. (including Hawaiʻi): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Total delivery time may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled shortly after purchase. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately because they are fulfilled by different production partners.

Will the design fade or peel?

No. Our designs are printed directly onto the case using high-quality printing methods to ensure long-lasting durability with proper care.

Do you offer tracking for my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Why does my tracking look like it hasn’t updated?

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order ships. Carrier delays in updates are common and do not mean your order is not moving.
